How to do Zvezda exercises if you are pregnant

If you feel calm and confident and don’t have any worries about your health, start as it is recommended for all beginners – draw out 7 exercises and do them. Do not practice too hard –it is also the basic recommendation for all starters. If you have any questions, it’s better to write us.

If you are not sure about doing physically difficult exercises, take cards with the following exercises and draw your sets out of them.
   upper exercises 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9
   middle exercises 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9
   down exercises 1, 2, 3, 6, 7

If you are not sure whether you can do any of “Zvezda” exercises, start with standing in each of the three basic positions: first the upper, then middle, and finally the down position and visualize the used-up energy flowing out downward along the spine.  Filling up with the new energy starts automatically, as soon as you are in one of the basic positions. And the release of the used-up energy is advisable to do consciously. Follow the relaxation of the whole body, every part of it, downward: the muscles of the face, neck, back and so on. And it is very important to relax your pelvic floor. Stand in each of the basic positions for a minute or two. Sometime later (in a week for example) you can start doing the exercises – the ones you pick.
