Exercise 7Start in the basic upper position.
Slowly shift your weight to one leg, which remains slightly bent.
Press you knees against each other, lifting one foot off the ground. Your shin should be level with the floor, while your foot stays relaxed, toes pointed to the ground.
Slide your hands along your back to the sides of your body, where they turn palms up so the sharp of each hand is under your breasts. Then slide your hands around your breasts, connect the backsides of your hands in the middle of your chest and slide them further up. After your elbows meet, raise your arms intertwined above your head. Your upper arms should be next to your ears, elbows slightly bent, hands aimed above your head. Your arms should move smoothly, without breaks and without losing contact with your body.
Rise onto your tiptoes, keeping the knee of your supporting leg slightly bent and your body – straight, do not lean forward.
Return to flat feet. Put your hands behind your back again, retracing their way up and keeping them pressed against your body. Put your foot back on the floor. Return to the basic position.
Repeat the exercise with the other leg.
